Delivery Fees

Delivery is free for all orders above Rs 10,000.
For orders below this amount, a flat delivery fee of Rs 500 applies.

In-Stock Items

• Kitchen products: Delivery within 1 to 2 weeks
• Equipment & accessories: Delivery within 5 working days

Custom-Made Kitchens (Out of Stock)

• Delivery timeframe: 3 to 4 months, depending on production and specifications

Important Delivery Conditions

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on the size and complexity of the kitchen project
• Installation scheduling may differ:
  • The kitchen countertop (plan de travail) may not be installed on the same day as the main kitchen setup if the service provider is not available at the same time
• Customers will be informed in advance of any delays or scheduling adjustments

Installation Policy

• Installation is currently included in the displayed prices
• The company reserves the right to revise installation fees in the future if required

Refund Policy

• Due to the nature of our products, especially custom-made kitchens, refunds are handled under specific conditions:

Eligible Cases for Refund

• Product received is damaged or defective
• Incorrect product delivered

Non-Refundable Cases

• Custom-made or made-to-order kitchens once production has started
• Products already installed or used
• Delays caused by external factors beyond our control

Claims & Support

• Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
• Please provide:
  • Photos of the product
  • Order details
• Our team will assess and provide a solution (replacement, repair, or refund if applicable)
